Dr Attique Ur Rehman is an experienced General Practitioner with a strong background in General Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and chronic disease management.

Originally from Pakistan, Dr Attique completed his MBBS before undertaking postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at Mayo Hospital, Lahore, where he completed three years of specialist training. He subsequently moved to the United Arab Emirates, where he has worked across private hospitals, primary healthcare centres, emergency departments and teaching hospitals.

He holds MRCGP International and has many years of experience caring for patients of all ages, from children and young adults to older patients with complex medical needs. His clinical experience includes the management of acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, hypertension, diabetes, respiratory and cardiovascular conditions, preventive healthcare and general health concerns. He also has extensive experience assessing urgent medical problems and arranging specialist care when required.

Dr Attique particularly values a patient-centred approach. He believes that good medical care starts with listening carefully to patients, understanding their concerns and working together to develop a practical treatment plan. He aims to provide care that is thorough, evidence-based, compassionate and easy to understand.

Throughout his career, Dr Attique has maintained a strong interest in medical education, research and continuous professional development. He has contributed to medical research, has several publications in medical journals, has presented research at a conference in Dubai and has participated in clinical audits and continuing medical education activities.

He also has a particular interest in preventive healthcare and long-term management of chronic diseases, helping patients understand their health and take an active role in maintaining their wellbeing.
